I am Alexis, a French citizen.

After working as a physical, fitness and close-combat trainer for 10 years in the French Army, I am now a personal trainer in U.A.E as a freelancer. My mission was to improve and maintain the physical condition of soldiers.

Training hard can seem scary, but if you have the right trainer everything becomes easy.

The 2 most common goals of personal training are the following:

Weight loss: your body needs to be in caloric deficit, this deficit forces your body to use pre-existing fat stored for fuel.

Muscle gain: your body needs to be in caloric surplus, this surplus provides the energy your body requires to repair and build bigger muscles and lean mass.

The proposed activity is Personal Training in English or French. We can do the training anywhere you wish (outside, in your hotel or private gym)

Why choose personal trainer?

Most of us work harder in the presence of others. Having a trainer by your side can provide the encouragement, energy and motivation you need to jumpstart your routine. A trainer can also help you to set goals, create a plan to accomplish them and celebrate the day you reach them.

During our sessions, I will not only show you the exercises, but train alongside you so we can motivate each other.

Personal Training:

- 1 to 1 session (1 hour)
- Warm-up
- Workout
- Stretching

The first training can be longer than 1hour, the reason to that is:

Get to know each other better (lifestyle, medical information, meals routine) and discuss your goals. I am also going to provide you with a personal Nutrition Calculation, showing you exactly how many calories you have to eat to lose weight or gain muscle.
