Después de haber atrapado el virus del vino hace más de veinte años durante un viaje a Sudáfrica, regresé al Reino Unido para embarcarme en una carrera como sommelier que me llevó desde mi Cornwall natal a Berkshire, luego a Londres, Francia, las Maldivas. y Dubai.
Mi currículum incluye hoteles pertenecientes a Château Smith Haut Lafitte, Sir Peter Michael y Alain Ducasse. Mientras estuve en Dubai, fui Sommelier regional para el grupo de hoteles de lujo One & Only, creando programas de vinos para el restaurante Maze de Gordon Ramsay y Nobu en One & Only Ciudad del Cabo y en veinte puntos de venta combinados de los resorts de lujo One & Only Royal Mirage y One & Only Reethi Rah. Very interesting and instructive session, Stephen is really knowledgeable and quite pleasant in his presentation skills. As we were only French speaking attendees, he ran the session in French and he did well! I definitely recommend the experience.
