Sobre mí

Mi nombre es Massimo y soy italiano. Estuve en Nueva York de 1992 a 2008 y siempre estuve involucrado en la importación de trufas durante 18 años en los EE. UU. Y ahora durante 9 años en los Emiratos Árabes Unidos.

Abrí mi propia empresa en el año 2000 y la vendí a un servicio de alimentos gigante en los Estados Unidos y me mudé a Dubai. Fundé Italtouch en 2012, uno de los proveedores gourmet italianos más premiados en Dubai. Italtouch se especializa en obtener las mejores trufas, productos de trufa y productos especiales disponibles en Europa hoy en día. La empresa se enorgullece de ofrecer calidad, frescura y autenticidad.

Soy ampliamente conocido como el "Truffleman" e importé la trufa más grande para ingresar a los Emiratos Árabes Unidos por 1.005 kg el 7 de noviembre de 2018 por Aed 187,000.

Superb experience. Massimo is really passionate. It was very interesting to discover the backdrop of the world of truffles and restaurants in Dubai. I loved the tasting ... and it gave me a good understanding of the differences between white and black truffles in terms of taste and price. Massimo does not count his time. The experience lasted more than 1.5 hours because he had plenty of stories to tell and it is a really good value for money. Thanks a lot Massimo. We are now waiting for the Caviar experience!
