A propos de moi
Après avoir attrapé le virus du vin il y a plus de vingt ans lors d'un voyage en Afrique du Sud, je suis retourné au Royaume-Uni pour entreprendre une carrière de sommelier qui m'a emmené de ma Cornouailles natale au Berkshire, puis à Londres, en France, aux Maldives. et Dubaï.
Mon expérience comprend des hôtels appartenant à Château Smith Haut Lafitte, Sir Peter Michael et Alain Ducasse. Pendant mon séjour à Dubaï, j'étais sommelier régional pour le groupe d'hôtels de luxe One & Only, créant des programmes de vin pour le restaurant Maze de Gordon Ramsay et Nobu au One & Only Cape Town et dans vingt points de vente combinés des complexes de luxe One & Only Royal Mirage et One & Only Reethi Rah. J'ai également travaillé pour l'éminent producteur de vin californien Jackson Family Wines, pour MMI Dubai en tant que gestionnaire de catégorie Fine Wine et plus récemment en tant que conseiller principal en Beverages chez Emirates Airline.
Je suis un éducateur certifié et titulaire d'un diplôme avec le Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET) et un sommelier avancé avec la Cour des maîtres sommeliers.

Very interesting and instructive session, Stephen is really knowledgeable and quite pleasant in his presentation skills. As we were only French speaking attendees, he ran the session in French and he did well! I definitely recommend the experience.
