Welcoming, Scientific, Motivating and Warm experiece (until you get in the ice bucket! Haha!). Benoit and Roy know how to hold space for seekers who want to break through their mental limitations, in an environment where people from all walks of life can gather without judgement or competition. Benoit is very clear and concise in his approach and treats each participant with a sense of knowing. I definitely recommend sessions with his team and look forward to attending again soon.
